Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Check was sent to my account on the date I requested.

I paid minimum balance fee on October 16. However, on the 23rd of oct.

I found that it was entered once again. This puts me in a very precarious position as i have other bills to pay. also I am retired and living on a fixed income. I was told when i first called that I would be receiving a check for that amount in 3-5 business days.

The yesterday, I got an email saying it could take 10 days or more. That is not something i will tolerate. The mistake was on your end, and I shouldn't have to suffer for it. As soon as this situation is resolved, i will be canceling your credit card services as I am very disappointed in your services.

If I don't receive a check in the amount of $72.56 by Friday of this coming week, I will have to contact the better business bureau and possibly my attorney to insure I get that check posthaste. I will no longer do business with you online . Your staff is most incompetent not to mention the person who put me in this situation which I will not tolerate. I have already contacted several people I know who have Aspire and am writing articles to send to various newspapers across the country.

Your staff needs to be better trained especially when dealing with people doing banking online. I will not tolerate this kind of thing.

I expect a timely response and also a check from your accounting department by week's end.

Be careful with this company if you miss one day after your due day they start sending you emails stating this is a attempt to collect a debt and start threating you with collection.

Customer service is unprofessional, you can hardly understand what they are saying. I was one day late on my account and they sent me an email stating this is an attempt to collect a debt threatening me with collection.stay away from this card.

Its better cards out there just make sure moving forward to always read the reviews on the company before u decide to apply for their card. When I pay them off I will never do business with them again.

Unaccounted for Payment

I did a balance transfer to pay off my Aspire account and this amount of money was over $400 and it was received by Aspire because the transaction went through from my bank and Aspire did nothing with it. It did not apply it to my account, theres no record of it being there, even though there is proof and I have the transaction number that this happened

Im extremely unsatisfied with Aspire. I do not know what they are doing with this money and I am working on a case to figure it out.

This 9a ridiculous. How can you have a card that has no live agent i already feel scammed. s

I l9st my card and am trying to pick my card or report it list and I'm getting the run around with the bogus numbers on the internet. And I'm angry. When it clearly states I can talk to an agent until 12am, and no one is identifying themselves as Aspire credit card service.

Deceptive and harmful to credit

Had the card for almost 2 years always paid on time I was under the assumption that it was a no fee card but apparently it's for only the first year I received an email stating I had a bill to pay mind you I haven't used the card for a year the balance was paid up completely the app is garbage so had to go to the website to find my statement and apparently I owed 67 dollars for anual fee and monthly maintenance fees! I called customer service and canceled the card immediately

First, I was sent to three different personnel before I was able to start negotiations. During the negotiations, I was placed on hold each time that I would make a counteroffer so the person could ask their supervisor.

I asked to talk directly with the supervisor but was denied. It reminded me of a car dealership. The best they would do was 70% of the balance. I took the deal because I didn't want to wait for it to go to a 3rd party collection agency where I could have gotten 50%.

This may have taken a few months. But overall, they were very professional with the negotiations.

They closed my account because I made too many payments

I had an aspire cc. It was in good standing.

I was out of the country 2 months for work. I made extra payments just to keep more than current. Aspire closed my account because I made too many payments and it looked suspicious. It brought my credit score down.

Noone has ever heard of a cc comp closing an account cause you made too many payments .they won't reopen it. My score has suffered.
