I paid this company over $14,000 to publish my children's book. It has been almost two years, and they still have not sold one copy of my book.
In the contract, they promised to promote the book and did very little of the long list they agreed to. Last year, they agreed to refund $3,500 because they did not do the YouTube videos. We still have not received the refund. I have a document from them agreeing to refund the $3,500.
Every month, they come up with an excuse. They sent us a fake Disney contract saying that Disney wanted to buy my book to make it into a movie and asked for $10,000 more. We refused because we knew it was another scam. They will not answer or return any of my calls anymore.
The first copy of my book had incomplete sentences, misspelled words, and sentences that did not make any sense. This experience with them has been awful. I do not feel they are ethical or trustworthy.
I hope other people will not fall for their promises that they do not deliver. Anne Hunt

I applied and was approved for a card on June 01, 2025. No card was received.
I moved and called to update my address to have a new card mailed out. They stated I needed to upload a utility bill. I uploaded the bill and still received no response and no card. I called 2 weeks later (today) and now my account is on hold until I upload a selfie holding my ID and my Social Security card...
and I have a bill due on July 17th... I told them this felt very fraudulent and 'Vicky' was very quick to offer to close the account completely after I stated this felt fraudulent, as I did not need to submit an ID to open the account in the first place...
they have no idea what I look like to compare. I was told the account has been closed.

$684.01 was taken out of my bank account on 01/31/2025, and I have never heard of this company or what it is! I talked to Jay yesterday because I was checking my account and found it!
He told me that I would have to email them with a copy of where it had been taken out of my bank. He gave me the email address to send it to, but it didn't go through as I'm thinking it was a bogus email address, Service@***.com, because it never showed up in my sent email. Please let me know ASAP as to what you can tell me!

You just can't get anybody from customer service or a human person, so how are you going to resolve your problem if you have any? Thank you, and have a blessed day. They should do something about that; they should have a person and pay them for it!

Ì moved and contact aspire in Jan. I changed my address and they stated my should be here on 4/28/25. As of today 5/7/25 I have never received a card but I am in collections for 140.00

I paid my card off and closed my acct. Money was taken out of my bank acct on 2/20, I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THE 32.96 WAS FOR INTEREST AFTER OI CLOSED MY ACCT.
I SAID OK AND TO CLOSE MY BANK CARD DOWN. then again on 3/20.ANOTHER PAYMENT CAME OUT OF 16.28. I THEN WAS TOLD THAT MY PAYMENT BOUNCED AND THAT THE CHARGE ON 2/ 20 WAS A FEE FOR THAT AND THE CHARGE ON 3/20 WAS THE AUTO PAYMENT WAS ON. I AGAIN SAID OK EVEN THOUGH I KNEW I HAD ENOUGH MONEY IN MY BANK.
I AGAIN ASKED FOR MY BANK CARD TO BE REMOVED.
MY ACCT ON YOUR CARD WAS PAID IN FULL AT THE END ON DEC 2023. I DONT WANT TO SEE ANOTHER PAYMENT OUT OF MY BANK
